Dimension and Label Attributes
The UCOD (Units Code) Layer attribute controls the display of units used for dimensions and labels.
In general, this is enabled on the Visual Style referenced by an annotation, but the UCOD on the owning LAYE element is used if no visual style is defined.
Example: 
UCOD FINCH DIST
set distance units to feet and inches, for example, 5’5.13/16
The default is mm for distances and bores. Full details of UCOD or described. Refer to Distance, Position and Bore Data Output for further information.
The PCOD (Precision Code) attribute controls the precision of output used with Dimensions and Labels. Refer to Control the Precision of the Generated Output for further information.
