DRAW Reference Manual
The Report (REPO) element can be used to contain brief textual information relating to a full report (which exists outside Plant) on the owning drawing registry. The example illustrates the relevant part of the DRAW database.

Source. The name of the macro which generated the report

Originator (ORNA. Text to describe the originator of the report

Filename (FLEN). The name of the file containing the report, as a text string

Revision (RVSN). The revision number of the report
