Connection Reference

The Connection Reference attribute (CREF) of a Joint points to the identifier of the Attached Section.

This attribute is set automatically when a Section is connected and the user will not usually need to set it specifically.


Examples:
CREF /BEAM1 START	Sets Connection Reference to start of named Section.
CREF /BEAM2 END	Sets Connection Reference to end of named Section.
CREF /COLUMN2	Sets Connection Reference to start of named Section.
CREF NULREF	Disconnects the Joint.

Command Syntax:

where <gid> identifies the Section to be connected.
