Description
:
This command differs from the basic polar option by allowing the distance from the owner’s origin to be specified more generally. The PLANE element of the command enables this distance to be given in a direction different from the polar direction.
Examples:

Positions the Current Element along the N30E line from the owner origin at
N1000 (see
