Primitive Element
Description:
The element can belong to a Polyhedron (or Ground Model) and is the definition of a face of the owning volume. The face is defined by positioning member points which define its boundary.

Origin reference (for templates)
The sequence of points in the Member List must correspond to the anticlockwise sequence of points when the external face of the polygon is viewed.
