Design Database : Elements in Administrative Category : World Element (WORLD)

The WORLD is the topmost level of the database hierarchy within which all other elements exist. It cannot be deleted or copied in the same way that applies to say, a ZONE or a DRWG. Its existence is controlled by the ADMINISTRATION module.
