The PowerCompass size is changed by moving the slider, left to reduce the size or right to enlarge the size.
When the Powercompass is in a preset view, to switch the view to the opposite view, press and hold the shift key on the keyboard and click visible view.
For example, when in the North view:
Hold the Shift key on the keyboard and click
S
. The PowerCompass spins 180 degrees and displays the opposite view.
When in World coordinate, in the centre of the PowerCompass are three discs which when clicked will be highlighted either blue, green or red.
These discs change the plane and restrict the moving of objects to two directions.
Clicking the blue disc keeps the plane flat and restricts the movement to north, south, east and west.
Note:
West and south are shown as a minus figure.
Clicking the green disc keeps the plane vertical and restricts the movement to up, down, east and west.
Clicking the red disc keeps the plane vertical and restricts the movement to up, down, north and south.
