Create ISODRAFT 2D Primitives

Creates Isodraft Template (ISOTM) primitives.

To enable the functionality, the ISOTM must be open in the 3D view.

Straight line primitives are created as STRA elements and marker primitives are created as MRKP elements.


	Single Line	Select from the LINE drop-down list to insert a single straight line with a defined start point and end point. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the line position points. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the line. You are then prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the end point of the line. A line is drawn between the two specified points. The prompt is repeated, allowing you to create multiple lines. Click Cancel on the Point Construction Option Form window to end the command.
	Multiple Lines	Select from the LINE drop-down list to insert multiple straight lines where the start point of each new line is positioned at the end point of the previously created line. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the line position points. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the line. You are then prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the end point of the line. A line is drawn between the two specified points. The prompt is repeated, allowing you to create multiple lines. Click Cancel on the Point Construction Option Form window to end the command.
	Multiple Constrained Lines	Select from the LINE drop-down list to insert multiple straight lines where the start point of each new line is positioned at the end point of the previously created line. Each line is constrained either horizontally or vertically. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the line position points. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the line. You are then prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the end point of the line. A line is drawn between the two specified points. The prompt is repeated, allowing you to create multiple lines. Click Cancel on the Point Construction Option Form window to end the command.
	Single Insulation Line	Select from the INSU drop-down list. The functionality to create a single insulation line is identical to the creation of a single line. Refer to Single Line for further information.
	Multiple Insulation Lines	Select from the INSU drop-down list. The functionality to create multiple insulation lines is identical to the creation of multiple lines. Refer to Multiple Lines for further information.
	Multiple Constrained Insulation Lines	Select from the INSU drop-down list. The functionality to create multiple constrained insulation lines is identical to the creation of multiple constrained lines. Refer to Multiple Constrained Lines for further information.
	Single Tracing Line	Select from the TRAC drop-down list. The functionality to create a single tracing line is identical to the creation of a single line. Refer to Single Line for further information.
	Multiple Tracing Lines	Select from the TRAC drop-down list. The functionality to create multiple tracing lines is identical to the creation of multiple lines. Refer to Multiple Lines for further information.
	Multiple Constrained Tracing Lines	Select from the TRAC drop-down list. The functionality to create multiple constrained tracing lines is identical to the creation of multiple constrained lines. Refer to Multiple Constrained Lines for further information.
	ARRIVE	Click to add an arrive primitive to the 3D view. Only one arrive primitive can be added to each ISOTM. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the primitive position. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the primitive position.
	LEAVE	Click to add a leave primitive to the 3D view. Only one leave primitive can be added to each ISOTM. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the primitive position. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the primitive position.
	TE	Click to add a T-connection primitive to the 3D view. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the primitive position. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the primitive position.
	SPIN	Click to add a valve handle spindle primitive to the 3D view. Only one spindle primitive can be added to each ISOTM. By default, the Point Construction Option Form window displays which allows you to define the primitive position. Refer to Define View Frame with Cursor for further information. You are prompted to Specify position Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the primitive position.
