Defining a Position
Position in a P-line element is defined by the PX and PY keywords, each followed by a value or a parameter function. For example:
PX 50
sets P-line X coordinate to 50
PY (0.5 * DESPAR[2])
sets P-line Y coordinate to 0.5 * (value of second design parameter) units
If you do not define a coordinate, a value of zero is assumed.
