To enable the Revision Control functionality in Diagrams the proper Revision Configuration element (REVCON) must be set in Diagrams Options.

The REVCON element should be created in the Lexicon database beforehand. For more information about the Revision Configuration Element please refer to the Revision Configuration topic in the LEXICON User Guide / Datasheets, as the REVCON element was originally introduced for the Datasheets Revision Control and then adopted for use in Diagrams. Therefore the REVCON creation process in Lexicon is identical for both Datasheets and Diagrams.
