If the Shape Data window is not visible, it can be shown using the View Tab > Attributes > Shape Data command in the main menu. The attributes presented for each kind of item can be changed using the Attribute Presentation settings in Diagrams Options in Chapter Getting Started.

When the value of an attribute is changed through Shape Data, it will automatically be changed in the related database item using the current Dabacon Session as well. To permanently save the changes to the database, the Save Work command must be issued. For further information about this, refer to section Save Work and Save As.
